Three cheeses, one box. The Black Pepper is bold and simple, with cracked black pepper all through it. The Black Pepper Mix adds bell pepper, onion, coriander and allspice for a warmer, rounder bite. The Greek is full of Mediterranean herbs, with thyme, origanum, paprika and a touch of cumin. Perfect for a braai, a cheese board, or anyone who likes their Boerenkaas with a bit of attitude.

Ingredients: Raw Jersey Milk (our own pasture fed Jersey cows), Flora Danica Cheese Culture, Animal Rennet, Cheese Salt.
Black Pepper: Cracked Black Pepper.
Black Pepper Mix: Black Pepper, Bell Pepper, Onion, Coriander, Allspice.
Greek: Herb Mix, Onion, Paprika, Bell Pepper, Thyme, Origanum, Coriander, Cumin.
